Shipping policy
Any use of “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Froila Apparel Avenue and any use of “you” or “your” refers to the user of the website.
During any sale on the website, shipping time for all orders will be 5-10 days.
The product will be shipped within 2-5 working days of placing the order depending on the availability of the product, however there can be delay in case of certain unavoidable and/or emergency circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified over email within 2 working days.
The order is ideally delivered within 7-10 working days within India. However there can be delays due to operational reasons and product availability.
There is a flat INR80 shipping fee on every order.
Our prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
For reliable and on-time delivery, we use Delhivery/FedEx/E-comm express/Universal/DHL/India Post couriers based on delivery location.
